Types of Retreats Offered:
Directed Retreats
- For those seeking a more extended retreat experience
- Time period is as long as one week

Guided Retreats
- Smaller groups (five to ten)
- Participate in a daily conference together
- You are then on your own the remainder of the day (INSERT IMAGE)
- You meet individually with a director for personal consultation
Hosted Retreats
- For those who wish to bring their group to a quiet setting (INSERT IMAGE)
- For church staff meetings, workshops, business seminars, or renewal programs
Individual Retreats
- Time away especially for you
- Allow yourself a day, weekend or week to enjoy the time and space you need to reconnect with and nurture your spirtual self

Preached or Conference-Type Retreats

- Retreating experience usually centers around a central theme: prayer, sacred scripture, the life of Jesus, holiness and marriage, women's and men's spirituality
- A presenter or retreat leader provides intervals of talks and periods of reflection or of optional personal sharing
- Retreat is scheduled from a Friday to Sunday afternoon, however, you will end up feeling like you have been away for a week's vacation
